Abstract705)      PDF (2007KB)(626)
The flower-like CuS microspheres has been synthesized through elemental-direct-reaction at room temperture in the n (C5H14ONCl)/ n (EG)=1 2 based deep eutectic melt. The prepared CuS sample was characterized by XRD, EDS, SEM and so on, and the formation mechanism of flower-like CuS microspheres has been discussed. Meanwhile, the thermal decomposition of ammonium perchlorate (AP) has been investigated by DTA technique. The results show that: the flower-like CuS microspheres has a good catalytic effect on the thermal decomposition of ammonium perchlorate. The starting and ending decomposition temperature of ammonium perchlorate which added 2% CuS were decreased by 30 and 132 , respectively.

Abstract389)      PDF (1785KB)(259)
The esterification of oleic acid with methanol catalyzed by Yβ composite zeolite supported phosphotungstic acid( H3PWl 2O4 0/ Y - β) was reported. The effect of catalyst amount, the ratio of methanol to oleic acid, reaction time, catalyst recycling times on the yield of methyl oleate were carefully studied. The result show that the catalyst had many advantages such as high catalytic activity, easy to recycle and good reusability. The yield of methyl oleate reached 94.7% under the following optimum reaction conditions: 0.1 mol oleic acid, the ratio of methanol to oleic acid 1.8,1.2 g catalyst, reaction time 90 min.

Abstract348)      PDF (204KB)(251)
By using copper(Ⅱ) bromide as catalyst , tert -butyl acetate was synthesized via acylation and the product was determined by infrared spectrometry .By using tert -butyl alcohol and acetic anhydride as raw material , the catalytic behavior of copper(Ⅱ)bromide w as discussed in synthesizing tert -butyl acetate .Various factors such as reaction temperature , reaction time , mole fraction of catalyst and molar ratio of anhydride to alcohol , et al, which influence the acy lation reaction , were investig ated in detail. The optimum reaction conditions were given. The results indicate that copper(Ⅱ)bromide exhibit excellent catalytic activity for the acylation reaction of tert -butyl alcohol and acetic anhydride .I t is fairly feasible and has practical value in industry .The optimum reaction conditions are as following :reflux temperature , the molar ratio of anhydride to alcohol is 1.4∶1, reaction time is 2 hours, the mole fraction of copper(Ⅱ)bromide in alcohol is 0 .5 %, the yield of tert -butyl acetate is 83 .46 %.
